Who can join?

Our membership is open to anyone interested in improving their speaking and leadership skills. We encourage all potential members to come along to a few meetings of our club as a guest for free (as well as trying other clubs) to ensure the fit is right. Speak to our members and find out about their experiences and why they love our club.

How much does it cost?

1st London Toastmasters apportions your membership on a pro-rata basis so that your membership will always end just before the official Toastmaster renewal date on 30th September. The annual membership fee is £130.00. If you are not already a member of an existing Toastmasters club, you will also need to pay a one-off joining fee of £25 for the new member set up, plus the access to the resources available on the Toastmasters International website. Please see below, for the correct joining annual fee depending on membership start date.

Most of the fee goes to the international organisation and part is retained by the club for paying for meeting venues and administration. We are a not-for-profit club and so all proceeds go towards club operations only.
